People say that I’m weird.
I bought a “new” laptop yesterday. And it has a bunch of issues.
First of all the battery is swollen. So that’s a good thing, right?
Then there’s an issue with the OS reinstall.
I’ve spent around 4 hours on it so far getting it to install the latest OS for that specific laptop (Apple) and yeah. Still not got it booted up.
While at work today I got an idea. I can put the harddrive that I got it with (750GB) back into it, since that seems to have an OS installed. Then I can make an install media with that, and then put the SSD I got back into it.
This I think would be the easier way to get it installed.
I’ve tried with my Windows computer to make a USB boot on it, and with the OS’ I’ve found and tried with only 1 of them actually booted up. But it then gave an error that the drive was corrupted.
So I’ll try to follow Apple’s guidelines next with a file from their site, and then install with the guide they have on their site.
So, so far it’s been a great journey to get this Apple Macbook Pro 15″ from 2011 working.
PS. I have a Macbook Air 14″ M2 2022 for work. But private projects shouldn’t go on that. And since it’s an M2 it can’t run the software to make the bootable USB drive.

Ok so I didn’t start the project yesterday as I hoped. (I got drunk and played Valorant).
But I still think it’s a great idea to have everything inside a single program/website/app.
I guess getting users are the hard part and would cost alot of money for the servers. But a project is a project. And if I want to make something like that then I’ll try my best to do so.
I just can’t figure out what I want to do with the design, if I should actually do something that looks “good” or keep the design on spody.org.
If only I didn’t have a day job so I could focus more on the site.
Even this site isn’t finished, I’m just writing whenever I feel like it. I even said somewhere that I will most likely not write everyday.
But imagine:
- Youtube
- Wikipedia
All in one app/website.
That would mean I’d have to make a search function on the site and figure out an algorithm for videos/forum/news.
Heh. Already now I’m thinking it’s alot of work.

I just got an insane idea. Atleast from all the Reddit stuff being down at the moment. What if you have an app/website that has everything included. Livestreams (twitch), social media (facebook), forum (reddit) and video sharing (youtube) all on one website. So you only had 1 account and you could select which part you wanted to use. Kinda like tabs, but the notifications are the same.
I think I found out what I need to spend my time on making.
A alot of issues will arrise I know. But I need something to do with my time that isn’t just playing games, which I barely do anymore, and program other stuff.
It might be an extension to my already made site;spody.org
With the limited languages that I know, then I know it will be a hard thing to make.
But I’ll try to make it.
Signing in with email, then you set a username.
Default page could be the game collection part, but on the side then there could be links to the other part of the site. This would require people to change up their accounts.

It’s impossible to live a life you want. I’m not talking a life with lots of money and partners. Its just the daily life of a “normal” person. Being normal is a personal definition. Say I want to get a diesel vehicle. Which I want. I think they drive better with the torque they have. But with the government in Denmark they have ruined it for everyone. Either the government or EU. There’s requirements for driving into some cities. And the rules are so bad that if you have a car from before 2016 you might not be allowed into some cities. Because the pollution levels are so high.
When it has been tested that on longer journeys a diesel is less dangerous than an petrol vehicle.
Anyway that’s enough on this page about diesel and the government.
If I go on about all the thoughts I have on my mind then there’s just too many. Getting them all out on paper or on screen in something that’s understandable is hard.
Working is difficult. There’s alot going on which makes it harder to concentrate.
Weirdly enough there’s no issues when I drive. I might be concentrating on driving so my brain doesn’t have the power to multitask.
What I’m talking about here is that I see outlines of people and hear voices. Mostly the voices I hear are telling me to do stuff. Imagine you’re playing the Sims. There’s someone controlling your every move. You might have some control over it yourself, but there’s someone higher up telling you to do stuff you’re not in the mood for. Except for me it’s not the mood, I’m being told to do bad things. Some of the stuff I hear daily is that it would be better for the world if I just ended myself. Which isn’t a very nice thought to have.
The outlines I see aren’t that bad, but they’re following me and looking at me all the time. So I get paranoid and want to get away. Even tho it’s pretty hard to escape from your brain and your thoughts.
One way I’ve found out that I can “escape” is by drinking alcohol. Even tho I know it’s bad for my health. Then it’s the “easiest” way I’ve found out.
I’m supposed to get tested on the 29th of june for schizofrenia.
My doctor doesn’t know what exactly would be wrong with me, but I do have traits for schizofrenia he says. So he is pretty positive it’s that.
I can see now that with just 2 posts the page is getting quite long. Maybe having a single page for all my rants would not be the best. So maybe I should just have a smaller amount of sub pages, or have some kind of pagination, which would be really annoying to have with static pages like what I currently have.
There are no dynamic pages. All of them are written in a single text document and then uploaded.
I said it would be too much work to get a backend with database to write everything out on the page.

I bought a car. I’ve had many cars before, but the thing that’s special about this one is that there’s almost no eletronics in it. So its harder to get tracked. None of that hands free for mobiles, or GPS tracking. Just an engine, with a computer for the eletronics in the car. It’s from 2000. So not new. It’s a base color; grey. So again. Harder to track. And in this country it was one of the most sold cars during the period they made them. The reason why I wanted to get this, was it’s not old enough that you don’t see any of them on the road anymore. They’re a regular sight. So that means it fits in. Again. Less tracking. The less I get seen, the less people can follow me.
It’s weird. I have no issues doing some things, but then there’s others I don’t want to do at all because of the tracking.
I can use my computer, stream, write on a blog, have a personal website. But I can get paranoid when I have a phone or newer devices on me.
I work in the IT industry, as a programmer. So I make stuff with tracking, but I refuse to have those myself.
Maybe it’s one of those things where when you work with it, then you don’t want your own life to be like it.
If it was possible in this country I’d get rid of my phone, but sadly it’s now a requirement to have a smart phone to do anything.
You cannot log onto your bank, or any sites that require authentication with your social security number without a smart phone.
And even if you could say no, then there’s just other sites or programs that require you to get text messages, and cant be sent by email.
Steam for example requires you to have authentication.
From what I feel then we’re getting to a world where it’s impossible to sign off. You’re always online. Even if the phone is shut down. If it was possible then I’d do it. I’d get rid of the phone. This page in general is like a diary. I write about the stuff that has happened or annoyed me.
Maybe I should write the paranoid thinking on a different page? Otherwise I might just fill up this page.

I just hate when I’m playing a online game and my keyboard fucks up, so I have to plug it in another USB. It just happend. It’s time to get a new keyboard, and I’m looking at a Steelseries 6gv2, instead of my Apple wired keyboard.
